Pages
What counts as a page.
- A page with up to 12 lines of music counts as 1 page; with 13 to 24 lines, as 2 pages.
- If the pre-check rejects a page, it doesn’t count.
- If recognition fails on a page, you get it back. “Try again” counts it again.
- Your plan’s pages apply per calendar month (Austrian time); what you don’t use expires at the end of the month. Extra pages never expire.

How do I cancel Pro?
In your library under “Plan”: it opens Stripe’s customer portal, where you cancel in a few clicks. Pro monthly ends at the end of the paid month, Pro yearly at the end of the paid year — until then Pro stays active. After that you’re back on Free, and your scans stay in your library.
What happens when my pages run out?
Before you start a scan, neumascan shows how many pages it counts and whether your pages cover it. If they don’t, you can buy extra pages, switch to Pro or wait until next month — on Free until the next day, as long as the month’s 10 pages aren’t used up.
How long does Lifetime last?
For as long as neumascan exists: 25 pages every month, all future updates and premium support, with no further payment. There are only 150 Lifetime spots; once they’re taken, it’s sold out.
How do I pay?
Through Stripe, a payment provider based in Ireland. You enter your card details directly with Stripe; we never see them. Payment methods and invoices for your subscription are in the customer portal, which you open from your library under “Plan”. Privacy details (German).
Can I withdraw from a purchase?
As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Because Pro, Lifetime and extra pages apply as soon as you’ve paid, you confirm at checkout that we start right away — what that means for a withdrawal is set out in the terms.
I already use neumascan — what changes?
Your scans stay as they are. When the plans start, every existing account gets one month of Pro as a gift; after that you’re on Free unless you choose Pro or Lifetime.
